Our fun, easy silent improv activities make it easy even for shy folks to get into the flow. We’ll also use this as an opportunity to have a deep conversation about our connection with our own bodies.

Mountain Trail Fun Run/Walk w Rob Krar 09-21 7 AM meet up Change back to: Shoes and Brews: 63 S Pratt Parkway, Carpool to Estes Park All abilities/ages Rob Krar Please join us as we enjoy a morning in the Mountains, taking in the views of the Continental Divide, Longs Peak and the Estes Park Area.
The Estes Park Lake Trail is 4.5 miles long, you can run/walk as an out and back or plan to travel the entire loop. This is an informal meet up event with time to meet with Rob Krar to connect regarding his journey of ” Running into the Darkness to Find the Light”.
